Jean Gillon (1919-2007) was a Brazilian designer and architect. He began designing furniture at the request of his architectural firm’s clients and in 1961 he founded his first company, Fábrica de Móveis Cidam, followed a little later by WoodArt, in which he produced complete lines of furniture and objects made of Brazilian rosewood, embellished with fabric and leather.
